# System Info

The **System Info** page provides a centralized view of your organization’s configuration, investigation limits, and performance benchmarks.

This information helps you:

* Understand how Dropzone is operating in your environment
* Track performance improvements over time
* Establish baselines for investigation throughput and efficiency

## The System Info Page

The System Info Page is located under Platform Settings > System Configuration.

Here you can:

* Configure your Dropzone system
  * See and edit your Organization Info
    * Display Name
    * Official Company Name
  * Establish the default time range in your [Dashboard](https://docs.dropzone.ai/platform/dashboard) display
  * Set the duration of time an investigation can be Queued before triggering a Response Action
  * Set [Response and Value Metric](https://docs.dropzone.ai/platform/metrics-guide) Benchmarks to compare your AI's performance to
  * Enable [Slack ChatOps](https://docs.dropzone.ai/integrations/tools/slack-chatops)
  * Configure Advanced Alert Filtering
  * Create filters to exclude Phishing Simulations from investigation
  * Enable and disable features in Advanced Settings
    * The Dropzone [Connector](https://docs.dropzone.ai/platform/settings/connector)
    * Reinvestigation of Alerts
    * [Multi-Tenant Mapping](https://docs.dropzone.ai/platform/tenant-tree)
    * Dropzone AI-generated Investigation Titles (for improved clarity and consistency)
    * Alert Deduplication (to reduce alert noise by grouping related alerts together)
* Set **Investigation Thresholds** - limits based on time or alert source to prevent investigation overload or usage spikes
* Set **Hunt Pack Run Thresholds** - the number of Hunt Pack Runs allowed per a week
* See a list of your configured Alert Sources

System Info is especially important for tuning Dropzone during onboarding and as alert volume or operational needs evolve.
